Jio phone terms and conditions : You will have to spend Rs 4500 to get refund

Reliance jio recently released terms and conditions for the customer who have booked jio phone.

Jio has finally started delivering of jio phone. According to company,those living in rural area will get the jio phone first.
Here is the list of terms and conditions recently released by jio:-

1. In order to get refund of Rs 1,500 after 3 years,customer will have to spend minimum Rs 4,500 on recharge it means jio phone user should make recharge of Rs 1,500 per year.

2. Jio SIM is locked it means you can not use SIM of any other company in this phone.

3. This phone is not transferable and also user can not sell this phone.

4. Users who will return phone before 12 month need to pay Rs 1,500 and also extra taxes.

5. User who wish to return phone between 12 -24 months,need to pay Rs 1,000 plus taxes .

6. Used who wish to return phone between 24-36 months ,need to pay Rs 500 plus taxes.

7. To get refund users must return the phone to company before 39 month from the date of purchasing.
